At the helm is Head Chef Cliff Benardo Wijaya, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate whose culinary path has taken him through Indonesian and Australian kitchens. With his expertise, BARA redefines Indonesian dining, grounded in spice, inspired by tradition, and delivered through fire.

The menu is a celebration of flavor and craft, where each dish tells a story of fire and spice. The Grilled Chicken Maryland with Sauce “Soto” and Coconut Crema pays homage to the beloved Indonesian soup, reimagined with modern finesse. The Whole Market Fish with Bonito Pepper Sauce and Sambal Pecak captures the spirit of the sea and the heat of the archipelago, grilled to perfection.

To end on a sweet note, the Banana Ganache “Piscok” with Chocolate, Cream Cheese, and Praline transforms a beloved street-side snack into a refined yet playful dessert experience.For those who believe good food is best shared, MAKAN TENGAH, a chef’s curated spread served at the center of the table, invites guests to experience Indonesia’s communal dining culture in a contemporary way.
