An Australian 16-year-old has reportedly been killed in a motorcycle accident in Bali.
Details surrounding the circumstances of Lochie Connaughton’s death have not been made public at this time, but it is understood the fatal crash happened early on Thursday morning.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by the Connaughton family and their friends to help repatriate the teen’s body back to Australia and cover any other related expenses.
“To help the family in this horrible time a little bit of support and help could really go a long way. $1 or $500 will make a huge difference. Lochie has played a big part in many peoples lives,” family friend Billy Greatbatch wrote on the crowdfunding profile page.

As of Friday morning, over $38,000 has been raised of the family’s goal of $50,000.
