The newlywed top celebrity couple Rain and Kim Tae hee left for their honeymoon in Bali on Sunday.
Kim Tae Hee and long-time boyfriend Rain tied the knot in an intimate private ceremony at the Gahoe-Dong Catholic Church in Seoul on Thursday (19/1). The 34-year-old singer and the 36-year-old actress married amid considerable attention from media and fans at home and abroad. But only a select group of relatives and friends were invited to the low-key ceremony.
The couple showed up at Incheon International Airport, tenderly holding hands and smiling brightly, at about 5 p.m. on Sunday.
“Thank you. We’ll live well and happily,” they briefly told reporters who were waiting at the airport. The stars then directly headed for the departure procedures area, guided by airport officials.
They are scheduled to return after a five-day stay on the Indonesian resort island.
Kim and Rain, who met on a television commercial set in 2011, has started dating in the fall of 2012. Their relationship, however, was made public on Jan. 1, 2013. Since then, the couple has become a frequent target of unending marriage rumors.
