Luigi's Hot Pizza

Luigi's Hot Pizza is a collaboration between Maurice Terzini and Adrian Reed of Da Maria. Luigi's delivers economical but high-quality pizzas, as well as beverages, music, and good times, in the centre of Canggu.

Luigi's custom-built pizza oven, which he imported from Naples, ensures that the kitchen's heart and soul are exceptional Neapolitan style pizzas. The pizza is naturally raised for 24 hours and 100% handcrafted in the traditional style by Neapolitan pizzaiolos.

Luigi's Hot Pizzas' bar will serve low-fi renditions of classics as well as Terzini's numbered cocktail programme, which has been tailored for the tropical Bali environment.

In pizza boxes and paper cups with different hand-crafted artwork, the food and drinks take centre stage.
