AN ENGINEERING issue has stranded Adelaide-bound passengers in Bali for 15 hours.
Jetstar flight JQ128 was due to arrive in Adelaide with 175 passengers at 6.30am on Monday, but is now not expected to arrive at Adelaide Airport until 9.40pm.
A Jetstar spokesman said the flight was due to depart Denpasar at 12.50pm on Sunday, but had been rescheduled to leave at 3pm Monday.
“Our overnight service from Bali to Adelaide has been delayed due to an engineering issue and has been rescheduled to depart this afternoon,” the spokesman said.
He said overnight accommodation was organised for passengers in Denpasar.
“We apologise for the delay and thank our customers for their patience,” he said.
