In the footage, he expressed his dissatisfaction over a previous meal after claiming that his burger and fries contained hair. The scene escalated as Jevons insisted on a refund that included not only the problem meal but also the entire bill for his VIP table.

In his video, Jevons stated that he is a regular patron of Finns Beach Club. He argued with the management, alleging that the hair issue was not resolved adequately during his last visit. The manager proposed a refund for the specific meal in question; however, Jevons rejected the solution, demanding a complete reimbursement for the entire day’s bill, which he estimated at approximately 7.8 million Indonesian Rupiah, or about 730 Australian dollars.
